We want you to love your Dockers® purchase, so we offer a seamless return process within 60 days of your original purchase date. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Start Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is submitted, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided or use the digital QR code for a printer-free experience.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, include the packing slip, and affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location and keep your tracking number; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
